05/12: Cheap Bridging Loan!

Its time to change our house! We found a new, bigger, lovely perfect house located very close to us. The problem is we would like to make an offer ASAP but we do not know if will be possible to sell our house quickly for a good money. I made some researches and I found that bridging loan might be an answer. I contacted one UK companies which specialise in bridging loans and now I am waiting for some interesting offer from them. Finger crossed and I will update on my blog any progress in our bridging loan application and moving.

It looks that we will get our loan within 8 days We already we made an offer and offer and few hours later offer was accepted! Finger crossed! We still can not believe that we might move to the new house just in few weeks. We put our house on the market as we will need to pay off our bridging loan.
